Orders are delivered using the following options:

Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM are delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered on the next business day.
Orders are delivered to the regions of the Republic of Armenia within 5 business days following the date the order is placed.

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you of any changes to the estimated delivery time.

If you would like your order to be delivered to two different addresses, you must place two separate orders. Items from a single order can only be delivered to one address.
At ART Vladi MIR, we value your satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within the following periods:
A return or exchange will only be accepted if the product is in its original, saleable condition, has not been used, and has not been damaged.
Within 14 days, please provide either the product’s cash register receipt (fiscal receipt) or the payment confirmation email sent by us. Please also state the reason for the return and provide your phone number. We will then contact you to discuss the most convenient return option.
If you wish to return the product by delivery:
Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment system.
Please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the packaging and the product(s) being returned.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
The refund will be issued once our team has inspected the returned product and confirmed that it complies with our Return Policy. Return shipping typically takes 5–20 business days.
Once the returned product has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund. Please note that the refunded amount may take 1–20 business days to appear in your account, depending on the processing time of the relevant payment system.
If you simply wish to return a product, it must be unused and undamaged. In this case, the product may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
